Film Projects…
Currently there are 3 different feature film projects in development: STUCK, EL BURRO, & TWO FRIENDS
Alongside my mural and painting work, I’m currently developing three feature film projects rooted in cinematic realism, atmosphere, and character-driven storytelling.
Two screenplays have been fully completed (STUCK & EL BURRO), with a third currently in final development (TWO FRIENDS).
Proof-of-concept scenes for both El Burro and Two Friends have already been filmed, along with live table reads and ongoing visual development tied directly to each project’s world and tone.
EL BURRO -
A psychological border thriller following a struggling artist who becomes involved in a human smuggling operation after relocating to Texas with his politically ambitious fiancée. Grounded in the visual language of neo-westerns and American crime dramas, the film explores identity, survival, labor, and the moral pressure created by systems larger than the individual.
STUCK -
A Bay Area crime thriller centered on a group of longtime friends pulled into a series of escalating robberies after financial pressure and desperation begin closing in around them. The story focuses on loyalty, ego, survival, and the illusion of control — blending grounded realism with mounting psychological tension.
TWO FRIENDS -
A buddy comedy drama following two working-class friends whose lives spiral after a sudden death, a failed robbery plan, and the unexpected return of one of them as a ghost only his best friend can see. Blending humor, grief, magical realism, and emotional chaos, the project explores friendship, masculinity, guilt, and the strange ways people try to survive loss.
ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT: All three projects are currently in active development, including screenplay revisions, filmed proof-of-concepts, table reads, visual development, and early-stage conversations surrounding production, financing and distribution. This section will continue documenting the growth and progression of each project over time.
