EL BURRO — PRODUCTION UPDATE

Dallas, TX — February 2026

These production stills were captured during an early proof-of-concept shoot for EL BURRO filmed in Dallas, TX in February 2026. The material was created as part of the project’s ongoing visual development — exploring tone, atmosphere, pacing, and the emotional language of the film before full production.

Since filming, the project has continued moving forward through screenplay revisions, producer outreach, financing conversations, and broader production planning. Early footage and selected scenes have already been shared with filmmakers, producers, and industry professionals during SXSW, where the response to the project’s visual identity, tension, and grounded emotional realism was strongly positive.

A short teaser built from the proof-of-concept material will be released soon as development continues. The goal remains building EL BURRO carefully and intentionally — protecting the emotional honesty, atmosphere, and cinematic scale that define the project from the beginning.
